    All of my s’mores loving friends raise your hands! Nothing says summer like toasty marshmallows, melty chocolate and crispy graham crackers. I fell in love with these S’mores Cookie Bars a couple summers ago and every year I start craving them as soon as the weather warms up!     I have a love of Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies that goes back to my childhood and I was so excited when I found this recipe. While these cookies aren’t an exact replica, they definitely satisfy my Oatmeal Creme Pie loving sweet tooth. These Oatmeal Creme Pies are soft, chewy and have just a hint of molasses. Two tender oatmeal cookies are filled with a delicious and buttery creme filling, turning them into Oatmeal Creme Pies.     I love summer. The sunshine makes me want to head to a BBQ and enjoy a nice and icy iced tea/lemonade. Ahh. Today I’m going to share with you one of my favorite BBQ sides, Pasta Salad. I love that they are lighter than mayonnaise based salads and can be customized to be exactly how you like them.     So last weekend I celebrated my birthday and like most food bloggers, I made my own Double Chocolate Cake. Now don’t go hating on my hubby for making me make my own birthday cake, he offered to make one for me. He actually has made me a birthday cake in the past, but this year I was dreaming of this amazing Double Chocolate Cake that I’m sharing with you today. This recipe makes a lot of cake.     How is it June already?! Instead of saying that May was really busy (I’m learning that life is just really busy) I’m just going to say that May was another typical month at our house. We started out May with a 1 and 1/2 week trip to California that began with us driving up highway 1 from LA to SF in a convertible!
