    We could all act surprised that I’m posting another muffin recipe, but let’s be honest, I’m muffin obsessed! I first made these muffins shortly after I got married and they have been a favorite ever since. I wish I could say that all of the recipes I’ve tried over the years have been this much of a success.     I think it’s safe to say that I have a slight muffin obsession. But honestly, can you have too many go to muffin recipes? I think not. Last year I went looking for a bran muffin recipe and once I discovered the inspiration for these I stopped looking.
